Hi, I'm Bailee.

I've been behind the chair for nine years. I specialize in custom color, extensions, and layered cuts. But what I actually care about is the hair underneath it all. Healthy, low-maintenance, easy to live with. If you have fine hair or you're tired of color that doesn't hold up, those are exactly the problems I like solving.

I work out of HPF Aesthetics & Salon in Conway. My chair is quiet, unhurried, and yours for the appointment.

New here? Here are a few things you should know.

Booking
No deposit is required to book. Appointments are held on trust. That trust is also why the policy below exists.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Life happens, and that’s okay! I just ask for 24 hours' notice if your plans change.

A no-show or a cancellation made within that window doesn't carry a fee on its own, but it does affect your next booking: a 50% deposit will be required to rebook, applied toward the cost of that service. This isn't a punishment. It just protects the time slot for the clients waiting on it.

Arriving for Your Appointment
Come with hair clean and free of product buildup, and please arrive on time, please! A late arrival may mean an adjusted service to stay on schedule for the client after you. I ask that you come solo; it keeps the space calm and lets me stay focused on you.

Adjustments
If something about your color or cut isn't sitting right, let me know within 7 days and we'll find time to make it right. Adjustments requested outside that window, or for a change of mind rather than a correction, will be treated as a new service.
